Bạn sẽ làm gì ?
- Greeting and warm welcoming prospects entering City Garden.
- Handle messages, facsimiles and mails, ensuring that the information is passed on are accurate, complete and promptly delivered.
- Effectively communicate and liaise with associates on all levels, understanding the importance of teamwork within City Garden operations.
- Update customer database (handovers and move-in), living-in, leased units, etc… and enter the information immediately into the computer/logbook. Verify reservation, address and credit information. (If any).
- Issue key to and control entrance of assigned apartment as instructed.
- Adhere to City Garden procedures and policies at all times.
- Maintain daily logbook and conduct informative handover to next shift ensuring that all relevant information is passed on clearly.
- Research customer behaviors and customer satisfaction. Research and develop products and services. Promote the City Garden facilities and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.
- Handle service requests at the desk directly and coordinate with other departments in order to follow up that service requests are provided properly.
- Actively contribute to City Garden Home owner/tenant and up-selling programs such as Health Club facility. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and actively sell all products, services and special events within the City Garden.
- Responsible for up selling City Garden products to Residents/Owners and clients through the Customer service hand-over process and any other actions taken by the incumbent that can impact on the volume of business.
- Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related safety security and health Policies.
- Perform other related duties and professional knowledge as required by Supervisor and Property Manager.

- Colleges or equivalent education required.
- Strong Hospitality understanding.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the condo/property, its services and facilities.
- One to two years in a public contact position.
- Proficiency in English.
