Graphic Designer

– Designing all marketing collaterals for Marketing & Product Department based on sales & marketing plan

– Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites

– Propose new ideas and concepts for the marketing/sales events and other activities to promote the brand awareness of the project

– Managing to design & control print and production quality

– Controlling brand guidelines to make sure of following branding requirement on every single design style, format, print production and timescales

– Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size

– Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief

– Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required

– Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality

– Be participating in events or any marketing activities if required

– Controlling all designs & marketing collaterals accordingly

– Control the process to work on schedule

– Meeting goals assign by the manager

– Other duties & responsibilities may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
